satisfactory stay but could improve comfort
The location is convenient for travelers, especially with quick access to transportation options. The shared bathroom setup was manageable, as it was only shared with one other room, which provided some privacy.
The room was fine but not particularly cozy.

Opt for a room away from the shared bathroom for a quieter experience, especially during peak hours.

Consider requesting a fan for a more comfortable stay during warmer months, as some rooms can get quite stuffy.

Great Stay with Room for Improvement!
The phone call prior to our arrival was a nice touch, but we felt disappointed with the room change. The quadruple room was booked, yet we were switched to a double. A cooler room or a fan in summer would have made our stay more comfortable.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and continually checked if everything was okay, making me feel safe as a solo traveler. The room was comfortable with clean shared bathrooms, though I would have appreciated a bit more comfort in the communal seating areas.

missingWrote a review on Jun 17easy accessearly arrivalnoisy environment
Easy access to Wembley Arena makes it a good spot for events. The early arrival policy allowed us to settle in without hassle.
Shared bathrooms can be a hassle, especially when arriving to one that was less than clean. Noise from passing vehicles, particularly in rooms facing the main road, was noticeable throughout the night, affecting sleep quality. A major concern was the security issue where the door to Room 22 didn’t close properly, requiring improvised solutions like a door wedge for added safety. the furnishings felt dated, with a broken bed leg that had to be fixed in the middle of the night.
